What's new in Jiwa V6.5.12 ?
Custom menu items in Contact Maintenance
The ability to add custom menu items on the Contact Maintenance form has been added.
Customer Satisfaction Analysis
A new module has been introduced - Customer Satisfaction Analysis
The Customer Satisfaction Analysis module contains a selection of tools and
reports to enable recording and analysis of incidents that occur as part of the
Sales Order cycle. Such incidents may include damaged deliveries, incorrect
quantities delivered, incorrect parts delivered, and missing deliveries.
Inventory Turnover Report
A new report has been introduced - the Inventory Turnover report.
The Inventory Turnover report shows the number of turns for a given inventory item over a 12 month period. This allows identification of situations where inventory is not providing an adequate return on investment.
Inventory Quantity As At Report
The Inventory Quantity As At Report has been optimised to increase performance.
Sales Orders
Implemented Large Transaction Mode in Sales Orders. This is a menu option setting under Record -> Settings.
When ON, the grid only displays 1,000 records at a time - they are paged in on demand. This switch will assist in performance for the form where there are very large sales orders.
