We have regular meet ups at our office to ensure all team members are up to date with what is being worked on at Jiwa. These meetups help us maintain a singular focus on development and support for our customers.
Roles: Frontline helpdesk support via telephone and our Jira Service Desk. You will be dealing with problem reports, functionality queries and training for our ERP package.
Roles: Writing Crystal Reports, Performing performance analysis on SQL databases, general technical support to our application support team.
Roles: Manage and run the testing processes for our Desktop and web applications. Have ambitions to automate our testing as part of our CI pipeline.
Skills: Have understanding of unit, functional and regression testing. Have understanding of, or a desire to self learn, industry leading automated testing solutions.

Roles: The role offers training on the latest technologies in the software development space. You will be writing Crystal Reports, developing projects in VB.NET & C#.NET and scripting and performance testing on MS SQL Server
Required Skills/Qualifications: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Local University Degree in Computer Science or IT. Knowledge and understanding of software development. Candidate must have the VISA & right to work in Australia.
Desirable Skills: VB.NET, C#.NET MS SQL Server skills
Roles: .NET developer to assist our small team in a variety of roles – product maintenance, developing new features and products as well as developing vertical solutions/customisations. This is an excellent opportunity to expose yourself to a wide variety of technologies and broaden your skills. The applicant should be familiar with the .NET framework and TSQL. A tertiary qualification or equivalent demonstrated commercial experience is necessary.
